Banksman Jobs

A construction Banksman is responsible for the movement of crane or large vehicles from the point of loading and unloading to ensure the drivers always have a clear visibility of the loading area. You may be required to use hand signals or a radio link to communicate these movements. A Banksman can also be responsible for directing lorries and other plant machinery on the site, including the movements of an excavator through the monitoring of any obstructions.
