3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for June. This month’s recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, during heatwaves and thunderstorms, leading by example while getting the job done. Congratulations to you all.

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank them all for their dedication and hard work.
Alexandru Ghiban representing our Irish offices
Alexandru has worked with 3D at various locations around Dublin, from large civil projects to commercial building projects and he has been a loyal and hardworking employee. He is currently working in a role with John Paul Construction.
Speaking about what Alexandru brings to 3D, our Operations Director for Ireland, Brian Curran had this to say,
Alexandru has been a great member of the 3D team and has always gone above and beyond for any of the companies he has worked with. He displays a great work ethic and reliability has always been a strong point with him. He is willing to help 3D personnel, or any of his clients at a moment’s notice.

Stuart Watson representing our Southampton office
Stuart consistently goes above and beyond for 3D Personnel and the team on his current site in Bournemouth. They cannot speak highly enough about him and the work he does on behalf of 3D.
Steve Woodward, our Operations Director for the UK had this to say about Stuart,
Stuart is a tried and tested operative for 3D Personnel and someone who always fits in well on site; allowing our clients to see him as someone who is very much part of their team as much as he is part of ours.

Abioddun Ogunbowale representing our London office
Abioddun has worked with 3D Personnel since 2014 and nine years later he is still a valuable asset within the company. Always busy on site he leads by example.
Our Commercial Manager Oran Blaney, from our London office went to meet with him on site and to present him with his award. Oran had this to say,
Abioddun has worked on one of the Bouygues Construction sites that I look after since October. He was one of my first operatives on site when I started with 3D and he is still there going strong.
