Impressive Performance Acknowledged

We are pleased to report that 3D Personnel performed really well scoring 92%, based on the Achilles standard assessment criteria. And we are one of the few supply chain members (including agencies) to participate and score so highly.

Indeed, it was stated in our audit report summary by Achilles that:

3D Personnel complies with all requirements and operates at a level comparable to, if not above, other companies of a similar size and industry that have already completed the audit. The auditor also mentioned how impressed she was with your openness and willingness to participate in the process.

Commenting on the recent Independent Ethical Audit process and results, 3D's UK Operations Director, Steve Woodward had this to say:

3D Personnel work really hard to go above and beyond for our clients; so, to have had the opportunity to work closely with Willmott Dixon and support their SCAPE Framework accreditation was a really good exercise for us.

The results of this Independent Ethical Audit highlighted our strong operational principles and helps set us apart from other industry construction recruitment suppliers.

I would very much like to thank Rebecca Lea (Assistant Sustainability Manager at Willmott Dixon) and her colleagues for the opportunity to participate in this worthwhile process.

3D Personnel are delighted to have our strong working practices recognised by such a key client and in turn assist them as they continue to help shape the construction industry and as they strive for ever improving ethical working practices, not just in their supply chain but across the construction industry.
