Job Title: Contracts Manager - cladding
Location: Sites across North London
Salary: £75-85,000 plus benefits
Overview
Our client has been growing over the last 20 years into a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation, delivering high quality, large scale cladding repatriations and regeneration contracts.
A number of recent project wins has led to the requirement of a Contracts Manager to manage and monitor the delivery of contracts to a strategic plan, incorporating H&S, time, quality, and budget. If successful, you will manage the client relationship as well as manage, motivate and appraise project managers and the project team.
About you
You’ll be technically experienced in cladding repatriations, with a background delivering re-clad projects.
Competent with programme and project management, managing production of GANTT charts including critical path analysis, interpretation of requirements, and tracking of financial information.
You should possess CSCS Black Card, first aid and Asbestos awareness, whilst a scaffold inspection certificate would be advantageous
Due to the sensitivity of some projects, a recent DBS or willingness to undergo a DBS
