Damian Doherty
Damian has been immersed in construction recruitment for over 21 years and runs 3D Personnel in the UK. Since co-founding 3D with Michael Byrne in 2007, he has been instrumental to the company’s expanding growth across England, Ireland and Poland, a staff of over 100 and 4 thriving Group divisions.Damian firmly abides by one of 3D’s most essential values: delivering on every promise. Upholding this principle has been behind the forging of many successful long-term client relationships.Energetic, likeable and hands-on, Damian relishes winning new business. He enjoys showing clients how collaborative partnerships built on trust and hard work achieve mutual results.Damian regularly shares his seasoned industry know-how with the 3D Personnel team to aid ongoing growth and development. Steve Woodward
With over 23 years of Recruitment industry experience the majority of which has been spent working for both Plc and National Construction and Build Environment agencies, Steve joins 3D Personnel as UK Operations Director. Steve has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge through the supply of Trades, Labour and Professional and Technical staff on both a contract and permanent basis to clients in the UK and Europe. During his recruitment career he has also built teams and divisions including a national construction and maintenance recruitment business, where he progressed from Team Manager through to Managing Director. Operationally and strategically focused Steve is an organised and client centric recruitment leader who strives to achieve excellence and a professional service to clients, contacts, and candidates alike. When not supporting 3D’s UK offices, Steve can be found supporting Watford FC, spending time with his family and trying to complete his every growing house refurb and DIY list, much to the annoyance of his wife.

Ciaran Greene
Ciaran joined 3D over 10 years ago from an M&E background and has risen up the ranks to Sales Director. His main areas of expertise are in the New Build, Housing and Refurb area of Construction throughout London, the Southeast and Midlands. Ciaran enjoys helping our clients achieve their targets and completing projects on time. He gets involved in helping them with both Blue and White Collar requirements so they always have the right staff on their sites.A natural people person and great communicator, Ciaran has built a great network of clients and candidates, nurturing scores of loyal relationships over the years. He takes great pride in overseeing all processes for the recruitment of top construction operatives in the UK.Ciaran’s natural, driven competitiveness to always deliver his best has seen him represent Ireland for football at Youth and University levels. Stuart Douglas
Stuart has been with 3D Personnel for over 5 years, during which time he has progressed to overseeing the company's busy Colchester office. From this base Stuart covers the supply of construction staff to our Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk construction contractors, with a clear focus on the supply of Trades and Labour operatives. Stuart covers supply into all construction sectors and has developed a deep understanding of the region's construction projects. His supply of quality construction staff also extends across the UK, where he works with his regional clients, as they secure projects up and down the Country. One of Stuart’s key abilities is relationship building, which he achieves by ensuring his clients see him out on their projects. There he gets to ask important questions, and see the projects first-hand, which makes the difference in the ultimate provision of quality Trades and Labour operatives. Outside of life at 3D Personnel, you can find Stuart following Queens Park Rangers on their continuing quest to get back to the glory days of top tier football – which we understand is a very long-term project!

Michael Cunningham
Michael joined our experienced team of recruitment professionals and support staff in 2022 and is based in our newest office, in Carrick in southwest Donegal. Michael hails from the locality, but only returned to live in the area in the last few years, having lived and worked around Ireland, Germany and most recently Portugal. With a background in hotel management and hospitality, he has transitioned to ICT and a digital marketing specialisation, since his return to Ireland. He previously worked as a digital marketer with the Digigrow Marketing Agency in Dublin. Michael is a keen sports fan, supporting Finn Harps, Portimonense SC and Stoke City, while closer to home, Naomh Columba and the Donegal GAA team. His family, the ‘Beags’ are also well known in local GAA and construction circles.

A great team player, Ana works with all aspects of our London office engaging with both Sales Managers and Labour Managers daily ensuring a smooth operational delivery for 3D Personnel. William Sylvester
William’s career at 3D Personnel started straight from graduation, as Labour Manager. After a flying start, he moved on to become Contracts Manager, making sure all our client workforce requirements are filled on a daily basis.William oversees the Blue-Collar division, responsible for checking all Labour is fully compliant and referenced before arriving to site. This is an extremely important role within 3D and one which he thrives in.He’s a thoroughly determined individual who excels under pressure, both in and out of the work environment. William’s can-do attitude means he will always stretch to achieve the outcomes that best meet his clients’ needs.Sport is his passion, both for spectating and participating. Outside work, William plays for, coaches and manages his local football team.

Oran Blaney
Since leaving full time education Oran has been focused on setting high standards and has carried this through to 3D Personnel Ltd where he spends his time meeting and developing client relationships. Oran’s personal drivers mean that his clients and contacts expectations are always exceeded and with his committed Labour Team behind him, Oran succeeds where other agencies fail. When not on site making sure the 3D Personnel brand is represented to the highest level, Oran works hard to support the Labour Team in our office making sure they are well briefed and informed about upcoming projects and have the inside track on what his clients need. Outside of the office and away from construction sites Oran is dedicated Celtic fan and loves everything football. He also places friends and family at the centre of his spare time and is looking forward to starting his GAA career with North London Shamrocks.

Fionn Gallagher
Fionn is a seasoned Commercial Manager with over three years of experience in ensuring top candidates employ positions that meet our client requirements and candidate aspirations. Daniel Clarke
Daniel has fitted into the London office with ease and recruitment and resourcing have now become second nature to him, where he also represents all of 3D's core client and candidate values. Daniel also shows a strong work ethic and sets high individual and team standards, which come from his love of competitive sport, in particular GAA. Since moving to London from Donegal, when he's not working hard in the office you can find Daniel training hard and playing competitively for the GAA's North London Shamrocks and for the London GAA senior team.

Shane arrived at 3D after graduated from ATU Donegal with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Having gained experience in several areas within the 3D operation, he now works from our Derry office as a Recruiter specialising in contract roles. Adapting easily to new challenges and with a great attitude and personality, he has excelled in his current role. Commenting on his motivations he had this to say: Providing our clients with the right candidates and getting good feedback from both parties is something that motivates me when recruiting. Eamon Wall
Eamon pivoted to construction recruitment after a successful career in food production at management level. Seven years later at 3D Personnel and working in our Trades & Labour division, he’s never looked back.Always willing to learn, improve and evolve, Eamon enjoys working closely with clients to ensure he places the right candidate in the right position, cost effectively.Clients and Candidates both describe him as a great people person with Eamon thriving in meeting new people and building trusting relationships. In fact he calls it the highlight of his job and places great value in developing strong client bonds.At the weekends, Eamon loves a round of golf and playing football with his son. Like so many of the 3D Personnel team, his passion for sport includes a previous career in club Gaelic football and Hurling, and has the scars to prove it!

Darius Pop
Darius brings a wealth of International experience to the 3D Team in Dublin. Having attained Degrees in Modern Applied Languages and in Political Science, Darius is fluent in three foreign languages. He first worked on sites as a general operative before his move into recruitment. With over six years’ experience under his belt, Darius excels at recruiting Trades & Labour talent, particularly from Eastern European Countries. Darius draws inspiration from the countless people he helps with work on a daily basis. When I help someone to secure work, the smile it puts on their face inspires me to help more people. Darius’s main motivation with work is to provide a good life for his wife and four-year-old child. In his spare time, he is interested in the process of Video Game Development. Ronan Gillespie
Having studied Commerce and gained experience on-site as a labourer, Ronan worked his way up to a supervisory role before moving into recruitment. Now established as a Labour Manager working out of our Dublin office, his prior experience, combined with his positivity, persistence and drive allows him to grow his connections with our workforce and clients. Ronan strives to be the best version of himself, not just at work but in sport and life generally. Always willing to help with other projects, he measures his success alongside that of 3D Personnel. Committing to the Naomh Columba GAA team, with travel, training and games, leaves little time aside for anything else. Despite that, he loves to follow Liverpool and the NBA, while his other claim to fame is as a quizzer, where he has won an All-Ireland in Scor for Naomh Columba!

Philip Doherty
Philip’s progression to his current role as Labour Manager, saw him move from general construction roles, followed by two years working with 3D’s Specialist Contracting Services division, to his move into recruitment. He has four years’ experience as a Labour Manager with 3D Personnel under his belt. He cites his on-site experience as vital in his day-to-day role, knowing exactly what is required and how best to approach issues as they arise. By delivering on his promises, he has built up many strong, long-lasting relationships with operatives and clients alike. Philip currently heads up our Dublin Airport Civil Works programme, while spending his time between Dublin and the recently opened Donegal office. Outside of work, Philip is an accomplished Gaelic footballer. He is joint-captain of the Naomh Columba GAA senior team, while also currently being part of the Donegal senior football panel. On the rare occasion when his work and sporting commitments allow, he enjoys nothing better than a spot of sea fishing in the locality.

Gary Doherty
One of the newest recruits to the 3D family, Gary works out of our new Donegal office as a Labour Manager. Having completed his Leaving Cert in 2023 and still unsure of the career route ahead, he decided to take a year out from his studies to learn more about the construction recruitment business. Having settled into his new role, under the watchful eye of his older brother Philip, he is taking things in his stride. Striving to make a difference each day at work, he pushes himself to constantly improve and to be as helpful as possible to his colleagues. Inspired by family and involved as a participant and fan of many sports, including playing for local GAA club Naomh Columba, Gary is always kept busy.

Shane Mulcahy
Shane joined the 3D team in Cork having spent the previous two years in recruitment, following several years working in sales/account management. His experience covers B2B telecommunications, oil, cyber security and life sciences & automation. This experience of working in multiple roles and sectors, while interacting with a variety of people, has helped Shane to develop a great ability in building relationships and trust with clients and candidates alike. He currently manages the day-to-day requirements in the Cork office, supporting our clients and candidates working on site. Highlighting his simple approach to work he comments: I feel you get great job satisfaction from doing your best and delivering a good service. Another long-suffering Manchester United fan (at least with Roy Keane on his doorstep he has an excuse), he enjoys all sports. And if he could ever get his swing under control, with his excellent short game, he could be a Cork rival for the other Shane! For now, he’s sticking to Pitch and Putt.

Catherine Foy
Catherine has been with 3D for five years, bringing wide-ranging experience from working with multiple small and medium-sized businesses across the construction, property development and temporary recruitment sectors.As Finance Director for Ireland, Catherine oversees all financial activities of the company, implementing policies, and streamlining financial processes. Operating at a senior level in business, she has gained strong leadership, negotiation, accountancy, and project management skills as well as the ability to meet challenging deadlines.Through her leadership, Catherine instils a high level of professionalism to all aspects of the finance function and is both a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Irish Taxation institute.Sport makes up a sizeable part of her outside interests, especially GAA. Catherine also finds walking a great way to relax.

Erika Rimaite
A popular member of our Dublin office team, Erika pulls many strands together to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Working closely with our labour and account managers, looking after new starters, and liaising with our accounting and payroll teams, she helps to ensure best practices are always observed. With a zeal for learning Erika has qualifications in business administration, human resources and digital marketing. Erika’s enthusiasm and focus makes her a vital member of the 3D team in Dublin. Outside of work Erika enjoys a variety of activities including walking, sports and swimming, while socialising with friends and a love of travelling keeps her busy.
