Stuart has been with 3D Personnel for over 5 years, during which time he has progressed to overseeing the company's busy Colchester office. From this base Stuart covers the supply of construction staff to our Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk construction contractors, with a clear focus on the supply of Trades and Labour operatives.

Stuart covers supply into all construction sectors and has developed a deep understanding of the region's construction projects. His supply of quality construction staff also extends across the UK, where he works with his regional clients, as they secure projects up and down the Country.

One of Stuart’s key abilities is relationship building, which he achieves by ensuring his clients see him out on their projects. There he gets to ask important questions, and see the projects first-hand, which makes the difference in the ultimate provision of quality Trades and Labour operatives.

Outside of life at 3D Personnel, you can find Stuart following Queens Park Rangers on their continuing quest to get back to the glory days of top tier football – which we understand is a very long-term project!
