​Philip’s progression to his current role as Labour Manager, saw him move from general construction roles, followed by two years working with 3D’s Specialist Contracting Services division, to his move into recruitment. He has four years’ experience as a Labour Manager with 3D Personnel under his belt.

He cites his on-site experience as vital in his day-to-day role, knowing exactly what is required and how best to approach issues as they arise. By delivering on his promises, he has built up many strong, long-lasting relationships with operatives and clients alike.

Philip currently heads up our Dublin Airport Civil Works programme, while spending his time between Dublin and the recently opened Donegal office.

Outside of work, Philip is an accomplished Gaelic footballer. He is joint-captain of the Naomh Columba GAA senior team, while also currently being part of the Donegal senior football panel.

On the rare occasion when his work and sporting commitments allow, he enjoys nothing better than a spot of sea fishing in the locality.
