Fionn has valuable hands-on experience working on residential developments in The Dublin Docklands and on demolition projects around Dublin. This exposure to construction practices and challenges provided him with a deep understanding of construction professionals' needs.

Equipped with Economics and Finance degrees from the University of Galway, Fionn brings a diverse perspective and analytical mindset to recruitment. His economic lens, coupled with his understanding of the construction industry, enables him to provide unique value to clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Fionn is an avid sports enthusiast, actively playing for Tír Chonaill Gaels in London and following Donegal GAA. He also enjoys spending time with friends, travelling, and attending football matches.
