Job Overview:
As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of luxury and service. You will also drive the property’s digital presence and social media engagement to attract discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations:
• Oversee all departments, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team with a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Social Marketing & Brand Development:
• Develop an engaging social media strategy to showcase the unique offerings.
• Create compelling digital content and manage online presence.
• Identify influencer partnerships to expand reach and visibility.
Guest Relations & Experience:
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, implementing continuous improvements.
• Maintain a culture of refined service and attention to detail.
Financial Management:
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies.
• Maximize profitability through innovative marketing and pricing.
• Analyse key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Innovation & Market Positioning:
• Stay updated on industry trends and luxury hospitality standards.
• Develop unique seasonal packages and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate the manor from competitors.
Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality at managerial level.
• Strong background in social media and digital marketing.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and business acumen.
• Creative mind-set with a passion for delivering unique guest experiences.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and HACCP compliance.
Preferred:
• Hospitality Management or Business qualification.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media platforms.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
