​We at 3D Personnel are currently seeking an Office | Payroll Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our finance team in our Dublin Office, located in Santry, Dublin 9.

What 3D Personnel do:

We are the premier construction recruitment agency in Ireland, who provide many construction companies and allied suppliers with temporary and permanent professional staff to supplement their existing workforce.

The Role:

The nature of how we work is at times very fast paced, so being able to multi-task and prioritise your work is a key skill that you will possess. We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Office | Payroll Administrator to carry out the following duties:-

  • Calculating number of hours worked daily and weekly for circa 500 temporary staff.

  • Data input of timesheet.

  • Cross checking timesheets to make sure hours are calculated correctly and timesheets are entered correctly.

  • Transferring data to our payroll system.

  • Ensure all new starters are set up correctly on Micropay.

  • Assisting with the processing of the weekly payroll.

  • Processing sick pay/holiday pay requests.

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years prior experience in office administration.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and possess sound numerical skills.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • A proven ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and possess sound numerical skills.

  • Positive attitude with excellent written & communication skills.

  • Adhere to reporting deadlines.
