We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client’s base across the Southern Region. If you're passionate about sales, thrive on building relationships, and love the challenge of winning new business, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
· Developing & executing a strategic sales plan to hit and exceed revenue targets.
· Building & maintaining strong client relationships across key sectors.
· Identifying & capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive growth.
· Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
· Providing market insights to keep us ahead of the competition.
· Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
What we are looking for:
· 5+ years of sales/business development experience in Construction, Engineering, Building Materials, or related industries.
· A strong track record of smashing sales targets.
· Top-notch communication & negotiation skills – you know how to close a deal.
· Experience handling long sales cycles & complex deals like a pro.
· Solid knowledge of the Southern UK market.
· CRM & Microsoft Office savvy.
· A valid UK driving license & willingness to travel.
