Our client is a product and tech-focused gaming company, operating multiple brands (online and retail) in their market of operation and due to continual growth and organisational development they require an experienced SENIOR AFFILIATE MANAGER.
About the job
As our clients Senior Affiliate Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of their affiliate marketing strategy to maximize revenue, recruit new affiliate partners, and enhance brand presence within the gaming community. Your role will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by leveraging relationships with key affiliate networks and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Recruitment and Management:
- Identify, recruit, and nurture profitable affiliate relationships.
- Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with client company's growth targets and revenue goals, focusing on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns using KPIs to assess their effectiveness.
- Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in online gaming and casino operations to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.
- Reporting:
- Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and strategic adjustments to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, preferably within the online gaming or casino industry.
- Experience working with markets typically served under MGA license.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with affiliates and collaborating with teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with SEO
