Join a housing developer who is committed to community transformation. An opportunity to play a pivotal part in a new development on recently acquired farm land. In addition to this expansion they are not just building new homes but a new Nursery, Community Centre/Sports Hall and a standalone executive property. The total value of project is over £4million.
Overview of the Senior Site Manager role
Our client is looking for a No. 1 lead on site to manage the new build Nursey, Community Centre/Sports Hall and the standalone executive property. Once completed you will have the opportunity to help manage the remaining 50-60 traditional units that are left to build.
Candidate must demonstrate previous or current experience in commercial projects as well as residential.
You will:
- Ensure quality and NHBC standards
- Keep strong control on material levels
- Schedule and co-ordinate labour and trades
- Manage sub-contractors on site to ensure all duties are being fulfilled
- Monitor production costs and the site build programme
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer relations
Key Requirements:
- Experience in commercial projects, house builds would be a bonus
- Strong across all areas of construction phases
- Experience in having Design input
- Have been a No. 1 Senior Site Manager
- CSCS (Black or Gold)
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid
