Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team in Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects. You will play a key role in managing and leading projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the client’s requirements.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor progress on-site, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the site team, promoting a positive working environment.
  • Handle any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring effective problem-solving.
  • Provide regular reports to the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in education projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
