Salary: £50,000 - £68,000 per annum (DOE)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team in Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects. You will play a key role in managing and leading projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the client’s requirements.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress on-site, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the site team, promoting a positive working environment.
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring effective problem-solving.
- Provide regular reports to the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in education projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
