Our client, a community-focused organisation, is dedicated to providing vital health and social services that support individuals in reaching their full potential. Now, they’re looking for a Social Care Manager to lead their day service in Kells, Co. Meath—a role where you can truly make a difference.
What you’ll do:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service
Work closely with the Area Manager to deliver exceptional care and support
Ensure compliance with the HSE New Directions Policy and organisational standards
Foster a positive, inclusive, and person-centred environment
What You Need:
A third-level qualification in Social Care, Education & Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions, or a related field – Level 7.
At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience in Social Care
A minimum of two years in a leadership/management role
A full, clean manual driving licence
Full legal right to work in Ireland.
