Join a dedicated community-based organisation providing vital health and social services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism and are seeking passionate and dedicated Social Care Workers (sleeping nights) to join their Residential Service. This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals in reaching their full potential and fostering meaningful connections within their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality residential care and support tailored to individual needs
• Encourage residents to develop life skills and engage with their community
• Maintain compliance with HIQA Standards and best care practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care
Requirements:
• QQI Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or related discipline (CORU registration or eligibility essential)
• Full clean manual driving licence
• Knowledge of HIQA Standards and experience in disability services is advantageous
• Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy skills

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: On-site, North Co. Dublin
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35-37 hours per week (depending on contractual agreement)
Salary: In line with Section 39 pay scales, commensurate with experience
