3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for October. These two recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, during all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done. Congratulations to you both.
The chosen candidates for October were:
Vasile Morun representing our UK offices
Nicolai Heghea representing our Irish offices
Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank them all for their dedication and hard work.
Vasile Morun representing our London office
Vasile has worked with 3D for the past 5 years and is a valued member of the Gilbert-Ash team. Starting at the National Portrait Gallery in Leicester Square, Vasile became the lead traffic marshall on the £32m redevelopment of one of London’s most famous buildings.
The National Portrait Gallery redevelopment was a major project for Gilbert Ash and reopened earlier this year. With such a prestigious building, it was important we had our best operatives on site and Vasile was a superb addition to the team. Since then he has moved along with the site management team to Barnfield College in Luton, which is in the second phase of construction of the new college building.

On nominating Vasile for this month's employee of the month award, Ciaran commented:
Vasile has been requested on projects by name from the site teams and always puts in a great shift and is a great advert for 3D Personnel. His hard work and reliability makes him a great 3D employee of the month.
Great job Vasile - 👏
