3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for December. Both recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, during all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done. Congratulations to you both.
The chosen candidates for December were:
Afrah Abdiweli representing our UK offices
Padraig Doyle representing our Irish offices
Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank them all for their dedication and hard work.
Afrah Abdiweli representing our UK offices
Afrah has been working on site for 3D Personnel since April 2023 and although this is his first job with 3D he came with great strong references and has grabbed the opportunity with both hands. He is always looking to improve himself and is currently undertaking training to become a slinger and eventually he has the ambition to be a Crane Supervisor.
Afrah is currently working on a large residential scheme in West London for main contractor and valued client of 3D's Osborne.

Padraig Doyle representing our Irish offices
Padraig started working with 3D Personnel in July 2017 and has always been highly sought after by our clients once they have had an opportunity of working with him. Padraig’s most recent role began in September 2023 with Cumnor Construction and he has been an invaluable part of their team since. His skillset, attitude and work ethic make him a fantastic representative for 3D personnel.
Padraig received his Employee of the Month award from our Director, Michael Moriarty alongside Jerry Finnegan from Cumnor Construction, outside the newly refurbished Briery Gap Library and Theatre in Macroom.
Commenting on Padraig’s time with 3D, Michael had this to say:
We are delighted to have Padraig with us, he’s a great character, a very skilled operative with a great work ethic. Site management teams are always delighted to see him coming. He’s a valued member of our team for sure!
