3D Personnel Employee of the Month Awards – November

3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for November. These two recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, during all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done. Congratulations to you both.

The chosen candidates for November were:

Helen Mitchell representing our UK offices
Kevin Barry representing our Irish offices

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank them all for their dedication and hard work.

Helen Mitchell representing our UK offices

Helen has worked with 3D Personnel since Feb 2022 on a Gilbert-Ash site in Brunswick Street in Glasgow, as a site cleaner.

Helen is a key figure on site where she coordinates daily with site management. She is a great ambassador for 3D due to her reliability, punctuality and drive and she regularly receives great feedback from the site team.

Speaking about Helen's Employee of the Month award, 3D Personnel's Area Manager, Manus Brennan had this to say:

Helen has a great work ethic and excellent reliability and her dedication makes her an ideal candidate for Employee of the Month, well deserved Helen.

Kevin Barry representing our Irish offices

Kevin had been working with 3D Personnel since 2018 and is currently working with our client Cumnor Construction Ltd in the Munster region.

Kevin received his Employee of the Month award from our Director, Michael Moriarty alongside Ben Kennedy, Contracts Manager with Cumnor.

Speaking about Kevin’s contribution Michael had this to say:

Since starting with us, Kevin has always shown an excellent work ethic. He is a reliable hardworking guy that always goes above and beyond for our client Cumnor. He is a fantastic representative for 3D Personnel.
