3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for February. Both recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, during all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done. They have also demonstrated the career progress that is possible by working hard on site. Congratulations to you both.

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank them all for their dedication and hard work.
Olcay Turgut representing our UK offices
Olcay has been working on site for 3D Personnel since September 2023 where he has progressed nicely in his roles. He first worked on a fast-track Industrial project as an Assistant Site Manager, where he received excellent feedback from our client who praised his reliability and versatility.
After this first freelance contract was completed; Olcay impressed again, this time for a client who after meeting him at interview stage, felt he could progress to running their smaller but very involved industrial build and refurb project as Site Manager.
Steve Woodward, our UK Operations Director commented;
Olcay is not only a really nice guy, but he has shown great drive and determination to push his skill set and take the reins in his first role as Site Manager. Hardworking and reliable, he is a great advert for 3D Personnel and hits all our key core values whilst on site and always goes the extra mile.

Vlad Ionel Adomnica representing our Irish offices
Vlad started working for 3D back at the beginning of 2020 as a skilled general operative. Since then, he has worked closely with various companies and most recently has been on site with Gem Construction, where he was promoted from General Operative to Logistic Manager in 2023.
Vlad is pictured above receiving his Employee of the Month Award from our Account Manager, Eamon Wall, alongside Peter Martin from GEM Construction.
Darius Pop, Labour Manager with 3D Personnel had this to say about Vlad;
Vlad is a key part of the site team for GEM and 3D Personnel. He is working closely with the client’s site team to manage all the logistics. With his hard working, ambitious and driven personality it makes him a great employee and representative for 3D Personnel.
